Q & A with Rick from AAA

Rick Montero, AAA Approved Auto Repair at Elysian Auto Service
Rick Montero AAA Approved Auto Repair at Elysian Auto Service

Q :  WHAT IS THE AAA APPROVED AUTO REPAIR PROGRAM?

A:  The AAA Approved Auto Repair (AAR) program was created to address one of the most frequent consumer complaints in America — unsatisfactory automobile repairs.  The program does this by providing AAA members and other consumers with repair facilities that meet and maintain AAA’s high standards and requirements.  Since the program began in 1975, more than 8,000 auto repair facilities have been established in the United States and Canada.

Q:  HOW DOES AAA GO ABOUT APPROVING REPAIR SHOP FOR THE AAR PROGRAM?

A:  AAA conducts a comprehensive certification process in which the AAR committee members review and assess each AAA Approved Auto Repair applicant to ensure they meet AAA’s high standards and pre-established requirements before any approvals are granted.  Some of the requirements and criteria include an onsite inspection of the facility (appearance, equipment, etc.), ASE Certified Technicians, satisfactory customer service ratings administered through customer surveys, business and community reputation, training standards, fair pricing that meets industry standards, and many more.  Once a facility is approved, the AAR staff conducts routine visits and an annual inspection to ensure AAA standards are continuously being met.

Q:  WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BENEFITS AAA MEMBERS RECEIVE WHEN THEY VISIT AN AAR SHOP?

A:  In addition to receiving high-quality service from reliable and knowledgeable facilities that you can trust, AAA members also receive free vehicle maintenance inspections, a 24-month/24,000 mile warranty on repairs, 10% AAA discount off labor, priority service, and mediation by AAA in the event a disagreement arises between the AAA member and AAR shop.

Q:  WHEN DID YOU FIRST START WORKING WITH THE AAA APPROVED AUTO REPAIR (AAR PROGRAM)?

A:  I have served as an AAR Coordinator for the AAA Approved Auto Repair program for nearly 9 years.  It has been a privilege to assist our AAA members with their repair needs and work with repair facilities that offer peace of mind and deliver the best service possible for AAA members.

Q:  WHAT OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS DOES AAA OFFER IN ADDITION TO THE AAR PROGRAM?

A:  AAA has been in business for over 100 years and strives to deliver unparalleled service to its members, insureds and customers while supporting the communities in which we live.  Our products and services continue to grow and include Membership (identity theft protection, driver safety training, discounts and rewards), Automotive Services (AAA Roadside Assistance and AAA Battery Service), Insurance (property and personal coverage), Travel Services (reservations and vacation planning), and Banking (Auto buying and loans, home mortgages, credit cards, checking and savings) just to name a few.  Visit AAA.com to join AAA and obtain a complete listing of products and services offered.

Coffee with Charlie from Amsoil

Charlie with Amsoil OE Motor Oil SAE 0W20

Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE?
A: Folgers “good to the last drop” with cream and honey. I am not a true coffee connoisseur

Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GET COFFEE?
A: I would have to say at home, on the front porch. Several friends come every Saturday. We have been having coffee together since 1978 two people usually show up 5:30 a.m. and the rest arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. We have coffee, rolls and conversation (BS) until around 8:00 a.m. usually about 8 guys show up from Cleveland, Kasota and St Peter. This time of year there is less because the snowbirds are gone but the group pretty much remains the same..we have lost and added a couple along the way.

Q: WHEN DID YOU START AT AMSOIL?
A: I was introduced to Amsoil in 1976 but I did not sign up as a dealer until 1977. A farmer from Nicollet brought Amsoil to the garage where I worked to put in his vehicle, I asked him about the benefits, but he did not know much about it. A mechanic I worked with by the name of Gary had an article about synthetic lubricants and synthetics at the time had a bad reputation among car repair shops. Union carbide had developed synthetic oil with a glycol base. If you added a different brand of oil with a different base stock it would turn to gel, causing lots of problems. Amsoil is true synthetic oil a chemical reaction between fatty acid and alcohol to form a new compound that does a specific job. It out performs any petroleum product and lasts at least 8 times longer. Amsoils first product AMO 10W40 had a 1 year or 25,000 mile warranty whichever came first. This product is still available today! All of the other oil companies have tried to duplicate….to no avail.

Q: WHAT INTERESTED YOU IN AMSOIL?
A: What really interested me was the longer drain interval, better fuel mileage, cleaner running engines and fewer emissions. Amsoil was the first synthetic manufacturer in the US to meet the API SAE-10W40 specs. Now almost every petroleum oil company has so called synthetic oil, the same ones that rejected Amsoil when it was first introduced. There are still some skeptics that prefer older technology of petroleum oil, but the times are changing with the new car specifications recommending synthetic oil.

Q: DO YOU REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME YOU USED AN AMSOIL PRODUCT?
A: Yes, I put it in a 1970 GMC Pickup with a 350 V8 engine. I used the first Amsoil product to meet the API SAE USA standard. I still use that same oil in all 3 of my classic cars.

Charlie and his 3 classic cars.
Charlie and His 3 Classic Cars.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL TOP 3 PRODUCTS FROM AMSOIL AND THE BENEFIT TO THE CUSTOMER?
A: My top selling oils are the signature series 12,000/1 year 0W30 and 5W30. The PI performance improves, injector cleaner for gasoline engines, and the diesel injector cleaner are also popular. The auto/truck repair shops can tell the customer with confidence that they will have a smoother, quieter performance and better fuel mileage with less vehicle repair bills.

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST PART OF BEING AMSOIL REGENCY DIRECT?
A: Getting feedback from the repair shops about customers that come back for repeat business and hearing about how much better their vehicle sounds and runs with Amsoil products. Another is all of the friendships that I have made over the years.

Q: IF YOU COULD GIVE ONE BIT OF ADVICE TO AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A: Vehicle maintenance is very important, by using the Amsoil lubricants and fuel additives for the entire vehicle you can be assured that your customer will be happy with the service they receive and will tell others about your service.

Q: ANY CLOSING STATEMENTS?

Everyone Should Believe in Something.

Q: HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH 360 PAYMENTS OR TEXT TO PAY?

We started 360 Payments when I was 26 and my partner Steve was 24. We had payment processing experience, and our initial mindset was simply to put ourselves in business owners’ shoes and be the processor they would want. Simple things like no contracts, never raising fees, and having a relationship with the sales rep or the company are ones that we think business owners deserve. Our industry is super competitive and trust me, I get it, businesses get bombarded with credit card processors - and most of them sell on fear or rates. “You need to update your machine because you aren’t compliant” or “I can give you a flat 1%.” Sound familiar? That’s not the game 360 plays, so in 2016 we realized we needed something bigger than what we were doing and something that would truly set us apart. We then asked ourselves, “What would make our clients’ CUSTOMERS lives easier?” That’s when Text-to-Pay was born. We thought about what the checkout experience was like at auto shops, which is our number one vertical. Sure there are plenty of customers who take their cars to get repaired and really want to know the ins and outs of what was done to their cars, but there’s a large base of consumers like me who trust their mechanics and just want to pay for the job, pick up their car at their convenience, and go. Many people don’t even want to talk on the phone, they just want a text that lets them know their car is done and ready for pickup, plus the ability to pay right then and there without having to wait in line at the auto shop. Steve and I just thought about how we are people who never pick our cars up before the auto shops close and how we don’t have time to talk on the phone and give credit card info, so that’s quite simply how Text-to-Pay was born.

Q: WHAT'S THE TOP 3 THINGS ABOUT TEXT TO PAY FOR AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS?

1.    Shops can speed up their checkout process. We even created an ROI calculator where shops can put in their service writers’ hourly pay rate, how many minutes it takes to check someone out, etc. and calculate the financial benefits of being more efficient than with Text-to-Pay.
2.    The shops’ customers dig it. Texting is on the rise, and I actually read an article over the weekend about how much millenials hate phone calls. Is it for everyone? No, but even when shops tell me that their client base is old and doesn’t text, I have to remind them that my grandmother texts me daily and also buys many things off of Amazon. Whether someone is a millennial or 80 years old, the ability to make a payment and not have to talk with someone is a big deal. Plus, they feel more secure putting their own credit card information in rather than giving it over the phone and having it be put on a Post-It to get keyed into a terminal later.
3.    It’s a professional differentiator for the shop. Dealerships are a major competitor in the auto repair service world, and they have all sorts of fancy tools. Text-to-Pay is new enough where an auto shop’s customer will talk about it to their friends and they will remember the experience. In all seriousness, how often have you paid for something via text whether it’s for a repair order, furniture delivery, or a kitchen remodel? It’s quite simply…cool.

Q: PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PROCESSES OF TEXT TO PAY FOR AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS FROM MITCHELL 1 AND BOLT ON TECH?

The 360 Payments Text-to-Pay integration with BOLT ON and Mitchell1 allows the shop's customer to pay before they pick up their car, providing a convenient and fast checkout experience. Throughout the repair process, BOLT ON pulls information from Mitchell1 and sends it to the customer via email or text message. For example, BOLT ON will send a digital vehicle inspection report to the customer detailing the items on the car that need repair. The customer can then approve the work to be done and provide a digital signature.  At the end of the auto repair process, BOLT ON will pull the repair order (R.O.) from the Mitchell1 system and send it to the customer as a hyperlink. The customer can click on the link from his or her phone, view the R.O., and pay with a credit card on the same screen. Once the customer pays, 360 Payments sends the credit card approval to BOLT ON who in turn sends it to Mitchell1 to let the service advisor know the R.O. has been paid.

Q: IF YOU COULD GIVE ONE BIT OF ADVICE TO AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMER ON TEXT TO PAY WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Oh boy, this is a tough one because limiting me to one thing is always hard. I would say to think about your future, not your past or present. In a world where companies like Amazon, Uber, & Doordash have set the tone of communication and delivery expectations, shops should adapt to what those customer expectations are. When I order an Uber, I know how far away the Uber is, when it’s approaching, and when it’s in my driveway. Amazon takes pictures every time they leave something on my front porch, and I get a push notification when items are delivered (and I get a lot of those because my wife loves to spend money on Amazon). Doordash lets me know when my dasher picks up my food, and I can track them on my phone. What do they all have in common? Purchases are made without any human interaction. While I know meeting the demands of customer expectations are hard, using a simple tool like Text-to-Pay will put your shop at the Uber and Amazon level and make your customers happier than you may realize.

Q: ANY CLOSING STATEMENTS OR CONCLUSION

I really appreciate you highlighting 360 Payments and Text-to-Pay. While we are promoting a process change in the automotive world and trying to change how consumers make payments to small to mid-sized companies, we want everyone to know that 360 still has the same values we always have and that we still put ourselves in the business owner’s shoes. Steve and I are blue collar kids (we feel like we can still call ourselves kids) with parents who owned small businesses, and there’s nothing we enjoy more than feeling like we made a difference in a business owner’s life. We want credit card processing to be an afterthought so auto repair shop owners can focus on things that are way more important to them like taking care of their employees and family. Whether you use 360 or not, credit card processing should be something you feel like you have a fair deal on and you should have a relationship with the company and trust that they are thinking about your future.

Elysian Auto Service is expending your options for payments with the 360 Payments and Text-to-Pay for all of our customers. We understand today’s high paced lifestyle and how text to pay can enhance your overall experience by offering you a copy of the invoice and the ability to pay straight from your phone work or home. Muskie fishing with expert Craig from BG Minnesota!
Fishing with Expert Craig from BG Minnesota!

Q:  WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE SPECIES OF FISH TO CATCH AND WHY?

I most enjoy fishing for Muskie. It is all about the thrill and the excitement of the hunt. When muskie fishing you truly have an opportunity to catch the biggest fish in the lake on any cast. It is just like deer hunting for that big buck. Even if you don’t catch the fish just seeing the giants come up to the boat to tease you can be a reward in itself.

Q: WHEN DID YOU START WITH BG MINNESOTA?

I started working for BG Minnesota just shy of 4 years ago.
Expert on BG Products Craig Carstensen
BG Minnesota Craig Carstensen

Q: WHAT INTERESTED YOU IN BG MINNESOTA?

BG is a company that truly focuses on the quality of their products along with the customer service. BG puts all of its profits back into the company for R&D to make sure we stay up to date and continually have the best quality product available. The main goal for BG is to problem solve and be able to perform services on vehicles that others say cannot be done. As well as being able to clean deposits that other companies say cannot be cleaned specifically oil and fuel deposits. BG believes so much in the quality of its products it has a lifetime protection plan which is basically a warranty that a customer automatically gets just for doing the recommendation maintenance on their vehicle. The coverage continues forever and can be transferred so long as the customer doesn’t miss a service interval.

Q:   DO YOU REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME YOU USED BG PRODUCTS? IF SO WHAT WAS THE BG PRODUCT?

The first time that I was introduced to BG products was when I was running an auto repair shop. The BG Minnesota rep at the time approached me asking me to do a demo and I politely told them we had a different vendor and that chemical didn’t matter anyway. He persisted, finally he got his demo on my own vehicle it was a 329k mile 2004 Pontiac Vibe. While I don’t remember the numbers from the Demo specifically they were amazing. I do remember that the compression on all 4 cylinders were near 100 and they were up to 198 after using the EPR which is oil cleaner for you engine. I also gained roughly 3MPG and the car had way more pep than it previously had. I ended up keeping the car till almost 450k miles.

Q:  WHAT'S YOUR PERSONAL TOP 3 PRODUCTS FROM BG MINNESOTA AND BENEFIT TO AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS?

The engine service, transmission service, and brake service would be my most popular.
The engine includes cleaning the the oil system and fuel system. Modern engines due to emissions standards handed down by the government require the exhaust and crankcase vapors to get pumped back through the engine to clean them up before going into the atmosphere. This creates lots of buildup and deposits that need to and can only be cleaned by performing a fuel service. Your engine oil is required to keep your engine functioning and cool so keeping it clean can benefit fuel economy and performance.
GDI Intake Service Kit, Engine Service Kit and Platinum Fuel Service Kit
GDI Intake Service Kit, Engine Service Kit and Platinum Fuel Service Kit BG Minnesota at Elysian Auto Service

Nearly all newer transmissions have a temperature control device on them. This is again in an attempt by auto manufacture to adhere to emission and fuel economy requirements to get the vehicle up to operating temperatures quicker. The HUGE negative is that heat kills. The fluid is kept around 200 degrees while at operating temperatures, the bad is that it is very hard of the fluid while getting there. Because of this the fluid breaks down far more quickly than most people think and manufactures want you to believe.

The brake fluid service has always been important but has become far more commonplace in the last 10 years with the introduction of adaptive breaking and adaptive cruise control. Not to mention vehicles parking themselves and keeping in their own lane hands free. These safety feature all rely on the brake system to function properly. This requires the fluid to be at optimum condition if the fluid breaks down, and if these systems cannot function it could cause an accident. As for vehicles without these features the same applies with good fluid in your brake system your pedal will be firmer and your stopping distance can often times decrease. The Dot recommends a brake fluid exchange every 2 years.

Q:  WHAT'S THE BEST PART ABOUT BEING BG MINNESOTA TERRITORY MANAGER?

The best part is the confidence that I have when I deal with my customers. I have a huge network of people working to support me and my efforts every day. If I have a problem there is a list of people I can call to help get anything resolved. Dealing with my auto repair customers however, is likely the most rewarding. My favorite part is when I get to hear about a customer that came back to an auto repair shop to thank them for a service that was performed because the vehicle is performing so much better.

Q: IF YOU COULD GIVE ONE BIT OF ADVICE TO AUTO REPAIR CUSTOMERS, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Maintaining customers vehicles is the most effective way to keep your customers happy. They can plan and budget to spend $150 on this or $250 on that. What they cannot budget for is an unexpected auto repair. No customer ever wants to have to fix broken or failed components, they would much rather pay to maintain their vehicle. Even if they say no, customers that maintain their vehicles are happier because it was at their convenience verse an emergency repair.

Elysian Auto Service 5th Year with Brakes for Breasts

Elysian Auto Service is celebrating
their 5th year with
Brakes for Breasts Cancer!
2019
Elysian Auto Service 5th year with Brakes for Breasts
Free Brakes in October

Auto shop's fundraising tradition rolls on
1
ELYSIAN — With clinical trials for a breast cancer vaccination nearing reality, an Elysian auto shop is continuing its fundraising tradition to support the research.
It’ll be Elysian Auto Service’s fifth year participating in Brakes for Breast Cancer, where more than 100 auto repair businesses across the country donate money to the Cleveland Clinic’s ongoing research each October. The shops collectively raised nearly $747,772 over the last eight years.
Susan Morsching, who co-owns the Elysian business with husband Carl, said the cause is personal to their family. Her mother died from ovarian cancer, while he had two aunts with breast cancer.
The same researchers are also looking into developing a vaccination for ovarian cancer. A family history of breast cancer is associated with increased risk of ovarian cancer.
“I just feel like it’s a really good cause,” Morsching said. “(We were) the only one in the state of Minnesota the last four years, but I’m glad to see another shop do it this year.”
An auto shop in Red Wing joined this year.
Two auto shop owners from Brook Park and Medina in Ohio, Laura Frank and Leigh Ann Best, first came up with the fundraiser in recognition of how many lives are touched by the disease.
Frank said ensuring all the money was going directly to the Cleveland Clinic’s research was the top priority. Dr. Vincent Tuohy, who heads up the research, sends the organizers updates on his progress. He and his team also meet with the organizers each year when they bring their donations.
“When something exciting happens, he’ll send us information,” Frank said.
Tuohy said in an email he anticipates recruiting patients into a clinical trial in early 2020. The researchers are working on an application to the Food and Drug Administration ahead of a meeting with officials later this year.
None of this would have been possible without philanthropic donations,” he wrote. “The support I have received has literally kept this program going during periods when government support was not available.”
The research team’s ultimate goal for the vaccine is to prevent breast cancer from developing in the first place. Their data already found evidence suggesting vaccinating against certain proteins can provide immune protection.
Morsching said a future where people can take preventive measures against cancers is an exciting idea.
“If there could be some type of cure to help one person defeat cancer, it would be great — or prevent it before it happens,” she said.
The auto shop will give away free brake pads and shoes as part of the October fundraiser. Customers will pay for labor and any other necessary parts, then the shop donates 10% of the proceeds to the research fund.
Morsching estimated the shop has contributed $3,500 to research in its first four years doing the fundraiser.

During the month of October, Elysian Auto Service in Elysian, along with more than 120 independent auto repair shops across the nation, is taking part in a fundraiser for breast cancer research.
The auto service will give away free brake pads or shoes; the customer simply pays for labor and any ancillary parts necessary. The shops will donate 10 percent of these proceeds to the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund.
In 2017, 114 auto repair shops in 34 states raised $114,000. Over the past seven years, these shops have raised $600,000 total. For more information, visit brakesforbreasts.org or elysianauto.com.

2017

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — At Elysian Auto Service in Elysian, the day is filled with a variety of automotive fixes.
This month, the emphasis is on brake replacement, leaving mechanics like Matt Whitener with the daily task of installing new brakes.
ADVERTISING
“We get up to two or three, depending on what kind of car count we get,” Matt said.
Not only do customers accomplish a necessary step in automotive maintenance, those who swap out the pads and rotors will ultimately help a good cause.
Owners Susan and Carl Morsching are involved in the Brakes for Breast Cancer Research program.
“I just felt like it would be something that’s great for the automotive industry and we’re proud to be the only one in Minnesota doing it,” Susan said.
The national effort raises money for research in breast cancer prevention.
“If you can do anything to help prevent cancer, of any sort, it’s great that you step up and do your part,” Susan said.
Brake pads are free through the month of October, a savings of up to $140.
“We’re doing a quality brake pad,” Carl said. “It’s a Wagner brake pad, it’s a top-quality brake pad.”
Customers only pay for the labor, and 10 percent of that cost is then donated to the Cleveland Clinic’s breast cancer vaccine research fund.
“They’re getting something free, which everybody loves, but they’re getting to give back also,” Carl said.
Savings may be the incentive to make automotive repairs, but the takeaway is helping a much greater cause.
“I just feel, in the automotive industry, there’s not as many opportunities to give back and this is something that’s set up so any other automotive company could step up and register and do their part for the month of October,” Susan said.
Elysian Auto Service donated $800 last year for breast cancer prevention research.

ELYSIAN — Carl and Sue Morsching of Elysian are among the millions of Americans with loved ones who’ve been affected by cancer.
The two owners of the Elysian Auto Service stand alone in Minnesota, however, in their business’ participation in a fundraiser raising money for breast cancer research.
Throughout October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Morsching’s repair place will be among 150 independent shops across the country offering free brake pads and shoe installations. As part of the Brakes for Breasts fundraiser, customers only pay the labor cost for installation. A portion of that money will then be directly donated to the Cleveland Clinic breast cancer vaccine research fund.
Dr. Vincent Tuohy, lead breast cancer researcher at the clinic, recently finished a vaccine found to be effective in laboratory animals. The next step will be starting a bedside trial in the next year or so.
Elysian Auto Service is the only independent shop in the state participating in the fundraiser. Sue said she and her husband often try to get involved in good causes, and cancer happens to be one they know all too well. Her mother died from ovarian cancer, while Carl's grandmother died from breast cancer. He also has an aunt who's a breast cancer survivor.
“We just thought it was a wonderful program to help out the community and give something back,” she said.
What they particularly like about the fundraiser, which has raised progressively more money each year since starting in 2011, is knowing the money goes directly to research.
Making it even more personal to the Morschings, a similar, ovarian cancer vaccine is also being researched. Sue, whose mother died in 1995 18 months after an ovarian cancer diagnosis, said she doesn’t want her future granddaughters to have to worry about breast or ovarian cancer.
“I’d never seen anyone suffer like that and you don’t want to see anyone else go through it,” she said.
Carl said he’s proud to be the only auto shop in the state to help out. Repair places aren’t typically known for fundraisers, so the October effort offered a chance to get involved. The shop also offered the promotion last year.
“Nobody else has picked up on it and it’s been a great thing for us,” he said. “I think it’s amazing. It’s something that’s going to cover the whole United States."
Starting with just five shops in Ohio raising $10,000 in 2011, the fundraiser ballooned to 174 repair shops in 32 states reeling in $141,868 last year.
The Morschings certainly aren’t pumping the brakes on expectations this October. Through the first few days of the month, they've had a cars come for new brakes each day.

LIFE/Enterprise
During the Month of October, Elysian Auto Service in Elysian is helping raise funds for a breast cancer vaccine as part of the Brakes for Breasts fundraiser. Business owners Carl and Sue Morsching are excited to be the first in Minnesota to take part is this program.
“My mom, Mary Ellen Tousignant, passed away 20 years ago due to cancer. There’s not a day I don’t miss her, and while we’ve participated in walks and other fundraisers before, we felt we wanted to do more. When I learned about this program and what Dr. Tuohy is doing, we knew it was a good fit for us,” Sue explained.
Dr. Vincent Tuohy has created a vaccine that has proved effective in laboratory animals in actually preventing breast cancer. After 13 long years, Dr. Touhy and his research team are just a year away from their first bedside trial. All of the money raised by the Brakes for Breasts program will directly benefit the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Fund, towards research.
Ten percent of each brake job done during October as part of the Brakes for Breasts fundraiser will be donated to Dr. Tuohy and the Cleveland Clinic Breast Cancer Vaccine Research Fund.
“My mom died of ovarian cancer, but we have other family members who have fought breast cancer. Plus, Dr. Touhy’s second vaccine is focused on ovarian cancer,” Sue explained. “Cancer effects so many people… so many families. We’re happy to offer this program to our customers.”
In addition to helping raise money in the fight against breast cancer, the Brakes for Breasts program is also a good deal for customers. As part of the fundraiser, the auto repair facilities are giving away free, quality brake pads or shoes. The customer pays the labor and any other ancillary parts necessary to complete the brake job and the shops then donate the brakes.
The Brakes for Breasts program is in its fifth year, having started with five shops in Ohio in 2011. The fundraising program has grown each year and now includes 135 independent auto repair shops across the country. Visit
