  • You will receive a message 7 days in advance. 

  • You will also receive a message the night before your appointment. 

We know how hectic life can get, and find that this is a great way to give our customers a friendly reminder of their service appointment. 

The night before your appointment you will receive a text message reminder, at the bottom of the message it asks for you to reply C to confirm your appointment. This lets us know that your scheduled appointment time still works and that you will be there. If we don’t receive a confirmation we aren’t sure if your appointment time still works or if you will be coming.

    Why is my brake pedal spongy? A “spongy” brake pedal can result from a few different things. You could have air in your brake line. Or you may have a leak in the brake line. If you have an air bubble in your brake line this can prevent the fluid from flowing down the brake line causing that spongy sensation. The other culprit, a leak in the brake line, can cause this spongy sensation, or your brake pedal may press all the way down to the floor. These are major symptoms and should not be ignored!
