Q:   WHAT'S YOUR GO-TO COFFEE DRINK?   A:   I typically go with Almond Joy creamer in place of the sugar.   Q: WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GET COFFEE?   A: 7-11 or Dunkin Donuts. Usually 7-11, I have the app and it’s $1 per cup any size. After 7 cups you get one free. Can’t beat that .     Q: WHAT BROUGHT ABOUT THE CREATION OF THE BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY DIGITAL INSPECTION? A : It was early 2013 and The Bolt On Team was wondering how we could bring a great shop experience to the drop off customer. Spending so much time in shops ourselves, we knew a shop was more likely to sell a service if they could physically show the customer (walk them out in the bay). This was easy and a best practice for someone who was a waiter. We asked ourselves how do we do that for the drop off customer? So, we built Mobile Manager our DVI platform. This platform immediately changed how a customer viewed a shop. We removed the friction between the shop and cus...

Q: WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE? A:  Folgers “good to the last drop” with cream and honey. A: I would have to say at home, on the front porch. Several friends come every Saturday. We have been having coffee together since 1978 two people usually show up 5:30 a.m. and the rest arrive between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. We have coffee, rolls and conversation (BS) until around 8:00 a.m. usually about 8 guys show up from Cleveland, Kasota and St Peter. This time of year there is less because the snowbirds are gone but the group pretty much remains the same..we have lost and added a couple along the way. Charlie from Amsoil and Several Fri...

Q:  WHAT'S YOUR GO-TO COFFEE DRINK? Venti latte (nothing special added) Q: WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PLACE TO GET COFFEE? Starbucks Smart, Sassy and Highly Caffeinated! Everyone Should Believe in Something. I Believe I will have another Coffee.  Q: HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH 360 PAYMENTS OR TEXT TO PAY?  We started 360 Payments when I was 26 and my partner Steve was 24. We had payment processing experience, and our initial mindset was simply to put ourselves in business owners’ shoes and be the processor they would want. Simple things like no contracts, never raising fees, and having a relationship with the sales rep or the company are ones that we think business owners deserve. Our industry is super competitive and trust me, I get it, businesses get bombarded with credit card processors - and most of them sell on fear or rates. “You need to update your machine because you aren’t compliant” or “I can give yo...

It is all about the thrill and the excitement of the hunt. When muskie fishing you truly have an opportunity to catch the biggest fish in the lake on any cast.
